ACADEMIC DEFINITIONS:

a) An Academic Session represents the period commencing from the first class attended by a student to the specified time of completion of the specific course for which the students have been admitted.
b) A Batch is a group of students registered for a specific course. Each batch is assigned a specific batch code. Each batch has a specific commencement date.
c) Every course leads to the award of a Certificate subject to fulfillment of all requirements.
d) A Course is the smallest unit for which admission is permitted. A course is a sequence of classroom and practical session and associated with learning activities.
e) Monthly Installment Payment Plan is a facility which is given to a student whereby he/she can make a part of the payment.
f) Admission to a course that forms an advanced version of particular course is called Course upgradation.
g) A Student Invoice is containing information a batch code, student's registration/roll no, student's enrollment no, student's name and the mode of payment of course fee.

FACILITIES

COMPUTER LAB: MGRCSM has its own computer laboratory for the wide use of its students with internet access. The students are trained from basics to different advance technology of Information Technology. Daily training in computer is compulsory right. Our computer section is equipped with Desktop publishing, CD Rom and multimedia and one explore cyber- cafe to obtain valuable data's and information.
LIBRARY:
GIHM has well stocked library with national & international titles. Large collection of books , journals & other printed & audio visual materials are available.
SPORTS ACTIVITIES:
Students may use sprawling play grounds suitable for playing football , cricket and indoor games like chess and carom. They also can take the facilities of Swimming and Gym at an affordable price. Throughout the year MGRCSM hosts a wide range of student related activities like participating in Institutes annual Cultural Festival to prove their talent in music, song, dance etc, Food Festival to prove their multi skills talent and study tour to prove their organizing abilities.

PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE FOR OUR STUDENTS:
Apart from Technical Training in various software and hands-on project work, MGRCSM Computer Education helps you get a foothold in the booming IT & ITES industry. Our students are placed with some of the top Production Houses, IT Company & Corporate Organizations in the industry. When a student completes his/ her course successfully, MGRCSM Computer Education’s Placement Cell helps him/ her interview with major software companies like TCS, Capgemini, Datamatics, Blue Dart, Citi Bank, Airtel, Cognizant, Infosys, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank etc.
PLACEMENT WORKSHOP:
MGRCSM regularly conducts placement workshops to prepare students to face job interviews & aptitude tests.
